Order Processing and Shipping Information

Due to the personalized nature of our pet portrait products, please allow for some time to create and tailor your order once it's placed.


Shipping Times

  • United States: Orders shipped within the U.S. typically reach you within 2-5 days. We expect that orders will be delivered within 3-5 business days from the date of approving your artwork. However, during peak holiday seasons, please anticipate potential shipping times of up to 2 weeks for orders placed.
  • Rest of the world: Sorry, currently we do not provide worldwide shipping. It is coming soon!

 

Shipping Costs

We're pleased to offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100 or more.

For orders under $100, there is a flat-rate:

  • United States: $10.00
  • Rest of the World: N/A

Important Information

Please take note that any updates or alterations to shipping addresses must be requested within 30 minutes of your purchase. If you need to make changes, review your confirmation email and contact us immediately.

We provide an option for 'skip the line artwork creation.' This expedites the creation of your artwork by moving your pet's photo to the front of the queue for our artist team. Please be aware that this option speeds up the artwork creation process but does not affect the courier's shipping time.

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate requests to replace or modify photos that were previously submitted with an order.

Shipments to military addresses are not possible. If a military address is provided at checkout, we will contact you via email to request an alternative shipping address. If the shipping cost to the new address differs from the cost charged during your initial checkout, we will send you an invoice for the difference and proceed with your order once the invoice is paid.

 

Please Note

  • All orders generally take 2-5 days to be created and shipped, and usually take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.
  • This can increase slightly during sales periods. In the event of any issues with your order, such as requiring a new pet photo, it's important to note that this may understandably extend the production time.
  • We take an additional step to ensure your satisfaction by sending all customers an artwork proof for your review and approval before proceeding with printing. Therefore, the faster you provide your approval, the sooner we can initiate the shipping process.
  • Rest assured, all orders are dispatched with tracking capabilities, and you will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available.
  • Please be aware: During the holiday period in November and December, our courier services may experience delays due to the increased volume of parcels being delivered. Your understanding and patience during this time are greatly appreciated.
