At GOODF DESIGNS, we take pride in crafting customized products tailored specifically to you and your beloved pet. Due to the personalized nature of our creations, we regret that we are unable to accommodate returns. Every custom artwork is meticulously designed with care to reflect the unique bond between you and your pet.

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we are dedicated to ensuring you are delighted with the final masterpiece. If, however, you find yourself unsatisfied with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, an incorrect size or print, or if your product arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item without any questions.

For customers who've recently placed an order and have had a change of heart, you may cancel or modify your order within the first 30 minutes. If more than 30 minutes have elapsed, we will consider cancellation or changes on a case-by-case basis. This policy is in place because our talented artists often commence work immediately upon order placement.

We kindly request that you understand the importance of providing a high-quality photo with your order, as the artwork we create relies on the image you submit. Please follow our photography tips and submission guidelines carefully. Subpar, low-quality photos may result in artwork that does not meet our high standards. While we do allow for special notes to be added to your order, we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of all requests. For instance, we cannot alter photos to manipulate mouth positions or add smiles. However, we can assist with tasks like red-eye removal and changing eye color, among other reasonable requests.

Please be aware that all the examples showcased on our website were crafted from high-resolution, high-quality photos. Blurry or low-quality images may not yield the same level of detail and quality seen on our site.

Return/Refund Policy
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Eligibility for Return/Refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refund
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refund
If you haven't received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
  • Contact your bank as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

Refund regarding Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@goodfdesigns.com and send your item to: 3220 Merrill Dr #34, Torrance CA 90503.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Sales, Promo Code Coupons Policies

Each order may only be associated with a single promo code. Promo codes cannot be stacked, merged, or transferred and may include specific conditions or prerequisites for successful redemption. These promo codes are subject to modifications at our discretion. Shipping costs are calculated based on the cart total after all applicable promo codes have been applied.

Please be aware that we are unable to apply discounts retroactively. To benefit from a discount, you must input the intended promo code during the checkout process
