Portraits

Do you do all animals?

Absolutely! We specialize in crafting portraits for all sorts of wonderful pets across the globe. Whether you have adorable bunnies or charming pet birds, if it's an animal, we're here to create a portrait for them. Just a little heads-up: currently, we don't offer human portraits. (If we do it, we will definitely let you know!)

Can I have more than one pet in a portrait?

Yes, we do! :) If you have a request for pet in portrait, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@goodfdesigns.com for assistance.

How do you produce your artwork?

We do not paint from scratch. As a digital design studio, we employ various specialized photo editing techniques, professional photo retouching, and a combination of intricate brushwork and blending processes to transform your original photo into a stunning pet portrait.

Do you create pet memorials?

We feel privileged to create portraits in loving memory of beloved pets. We collaborate closely with our customers to select the most fitting photo from the available options. If you have any additional inquiries, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at support@goodfdesigns.com.

Can I change my order after its been placed?

Certainly! We're here to assist with any adjustments to your pet portrait order if you contact us at support@goodfdesigns.com within the first 30 minutesof placing your order.
After this 30-minute window, it may not be possible to make most changes, including address updates. Please be aware that, in certain situations, modifying orders could potentially lead to shipping delays.

Can I receive the portrait without name?

Of Course! We share your love for modern, clean design. If you'd like your portrait without your pet's name, simply write "NO NAME" in the name box. We're here to create the perfect portrait that suits your preferences.

What are the canvas dimensions?

We offer three canvas frame sizes, each crafted to gallery-ready, high-quality standards. All canvas frames have a gallery standard depth of 1.25" thickness.

Here are the frame sizes:
1. 8 x 10 in (20.32 x 25.4 cm)
- A popular choice for gifting portraits.
2. 12 x 16 in (30.48 x 40.64 cm)
- A versatile mid-sized canvas that complements entrance halls, living spaces, bedrooms, and, of course, your pet's special spot.
3. 16 x 20 in (40.64 x 50.8 cm)
- Our most beloved size!
- This original offering is consistently our top seller among pet parents worldwide.
- It's an ideal choice for a large print, allowing you to appreciate the intricate details of your portrait up close.

We adore this size, and we're sure you will too!

Can you add or remove something from my pet photo?

We apologize, but we are unable to accommodate requests for additional items like accessories, extra background colors, or supplemental costume elements. We take great pride in maintaining the consistency and quality of our work.

Major alterations, such as opening a closed mouth or adding floppy ears, are beyond our scope. However, if your pet is wearing an accessory in the original photo, we will always make an effort to include it in the portrait.

What are limited edition?

We provide limited edition backgrounds or accessories during each season. Once that season comes to an end, these limited editions will never be offered for purchase again. They are genuinely unique and make for collectible treasures!

What is Digital Download?

We provide the option to add a high-quality digital file of your finished artwork to any physical product order. You will receive the digital file once your physical order has been shipped. Please be aware that, at present, we do not offer Digital Downloads as a standalone product.

Returns/Refunds

Can I get refunds/returns?

Because our products at GOODF DESIGNS are customized to your specific preferences and the photo you provide of your pet, we are unable to accept returns. Each piece of custom artwork is created with great care and is uniquely tailored to you.

What if order arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please send us email support@goodfdesigns.com a photo of the damage and details mentioned down below, and we will promptly assist you with a replacement.

What if I'm unhappy with art-designs?

We're wholeheartedly committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your artwork!

In order to prevent this situation, we will send you an email to preview the artwork once your portrait is completed.

You'll have a 2-day window to either provide us with your edit requests or give your approval for printing. If we don't receive any communication from you within those 2 days, we'll consider it approved and proceed with the printing.

We take pride in offering a revision at no extra cost, so you can rest assured that your portrait will be just the way you envision it.

Shipping/Payment Methods

What are your shipping prices?

We're pleased to offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $100 or more.

Our shipping prices are straightforward, with a flat fee per order:

  • USA: $9.95
  • Rest of the World: N/A

What are your shipping times?

Anticipate your artwork being ready within 2-3 days of placing your order. After you give your approval, we'll swiftly print and ship your order, typically within 1-2 days.

Here are the estimated delivery times for different regions:

  • For US Orders: Your parcel should arrive within 2-5 business days from the date of shipment.
  • For International Orders: N/A

Rest assured, all orders come with tracking for your convenience.

Please keep in mind that during peak seasonal shopping periods, there may be a longer delivery time.

Is it possible to cancel my order after its been placed?

Because our portrait products are customized to your specific requirements, we initiate production on each order right away.

To request a cancellation, please send an email to support@goodfdesigns.com within the first 30 minutes of placing your order. We will evaluate and process a refund at our discretion within this timeframe. Please be aware that after 30 minutes, canceling your order may not be feasible.

Will all my items arrive in the same shipment?

Your order may arrive in separate parcels, depending on what you've ordered. However, in most instances, all items will be bundled together in one package.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! We include tracking with every order. You'll receive your tracking number, along with regular delivery updates, via email and/or text.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express and more.

How soon can I expect a response to my email?

Normally, you can anticipate a reply within a few hours.

During busier times, like the holiday shopping season, please be patient and allow for a response within 24-48 hours.
